The Cline Company has represented and currently represents many companies and individuals in the greater Auburn area, up and down the Highway 49 corridor, and throughout Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, and Sacramento Counties, assisting them in a variety of different real estate transactions.

We have completed transactions with Target, IBM, Coherent, Hertz, Reptron Electronics Inc., Interstate Brands (the largest bakery in the U.S.), Union Pacific Railroad, Ceronix, Nordstrom and many privately owned local companies.  In total, we have completed lease and sale transactions in excess of 1,000.
